Sales Tax

Hillsdale Terminal sells through Distribution only . All current Michigan distributors (Customers) must have current Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption on file with us to exempt purchaser from paying Michigan sales tax. Completed form can be faxed to 517 849 9516 or scanned and emailed to sales@hillsdaleterminal.com. Purchasers from other states will be responsible for paying sales tax per their state laws and regulations

Return Policy

We will issue full credit on any item that is a standard stock item, must have been purchased within the last 60 days, and is still in it's original generic Hillsdale package and is verifiable by invoice number, will be considered returnable at no charge.

All others returns will be reviewed on an individual basis and will be subject to a 25% restock charge.

• Order number or Invoice number

• Part numbers

• Reason for returning merchandise

We will fax or email a copy of RGA to you. Please put a copy of it with material returning.
