Hillsdale Terminal Return Policy
Any standard Hillsdale Terminal product may be returned by the original purchaser within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full price credit if the item is returned in its original unaltered condition. Special packaging charges are non-refundable.
The customer should call to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and return freight must be prepaid unless it was an error on Hillsdale Terminal behalf.
A copy of the invoice/RGA and a letter of explanation, including name, address and phone number should be enclosed with the return.
After a returned item is received and inspected at Hillsdale Terminal, a credit will be issued.
Items returned after 60 days will be subject to a restocking charge. Custom packaged returns will be charged a repackaging fee.
Any products which have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
There are no returns on any special ordered items.
